Description | | Supporting the language acquisition of English learners in content areas can be a challenging task. During these asynchronous modules participants will learn about scaffolding for English learners within the content area classes by incorporating intentional classroom talk, collaborative group work, and speech to print practices that can support language acquisition for English learners as well as academic language learners.
*There are no Zoom or in-person training involved in this course.
**In order to receive the contracted service pay, participants will need to complete all tasks of each module and return the final sign-in sheet by March 31st. |
