To register for a workshop section, you must have an active ODIE account and be signed in.
If you don’t have an account yet, see the Request a New Account Article.
Before you can register
- You must be logged in with an active ODIE account.
- The workshop section must be scheduled in the future (same-day registration is not allowed).

Some workshops have a registration cutoff. If a cutoff applies, it will be shown near the top of the workshop
section page.

If registration is not available, you will not see the blue Register button.

If the workshop is private, your entity/school must be authorized to register.

If a workshop section is canceled, it cannot be registered for.
How to open the registration page
You can start registration from either place:

From the Section List page, click Register for that workshop section.

From the Section Details page, click Register for This Section under the workshop section title.
Waiting lists
Some workshop sections have a waiting list. If the section is full and a waiting list is available, you’ll see a
purple Waiting List button instead of the Register button. Clicking it lets you join the waiting list in case a seat
opens up due to a cancellation.
Complete the registration form
The registration form can look different depending on the workshop. You may see options such as:
- Attending remotely (when available)
- Selecting a day for a multi-day workshop
- Billing your school or paying the day of (when allowed)
- Paying by credit card (when required)
If a workshop requires credit card payment, a Square payment form will appear as part of the registration process.
Credit card information is processed by Square and is not stored on our servers.
Finish registration
After you’ve filled out all required fields, click Register for This Workshop at the bottom of the page.
You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes unless workshop emails are turned off in your account preferences.
