DescriptionParticipants will:
? Determine qualifications of an early childhood coach.
? Construct a job description.
? Create a coach, coachee and supervisor agreement.
? Determine coaching dosage and caseload.
? Develop a plan for preparing practitioners for coaching.
? Determine what data sources will be used to measure
coaching fidelity.
Leadership teams are invited to participate in the Promoting Family Engagement Pyramid Model
Installation Workshop designed to support system development of the Pyramid Model. The workshop will
be interactive and delivered in a manner that systematically supports your program as you install each
essential component.
