DescriptionThere is a moment between stimulus and response that demonstrates our resilience.  Every day, educators face many moments between something that happens and how they respond.  Each moment, by itself, may seem like a minor inconvenience but when compiled can lead to exhaustion, over reaction, and even burnout.  This self-care workshop for teachers is the first step towards cultivating/maintaining resilience. During this first workshop, we’ll discuss Chapters 1-3 in Elena Aguilar’s book Onward.

**Participating in Cultivating Resilience II and III is encouraged, but not required.
