DescriptionMindfulness is the practice of observing and accepting the present moment. Mindfulness offers a wide range of potential benefits, from improving physical and mental health to promoting prosocial behavior. During this 1-hour Zoom session we’ll explore mindfulness and self-care techniques for educators, practices that could be used to establish a mindful classroom, and practices that can be shared with parents to help support mindfulness and social-emotional learning at home.
