| Description | | This free webinar has been created in an effort to continue providing professional learning opportunities to ESU10 school district paraprofessionals throughout the 2018-19 school year. Participants who join the webinar will learn strategies for working with small groups. The specific tasks that will be covered include: 1) knowing the procedures, materials, and what is expected of you 2)know the behavioral expectations for students 3) teach the behavioral expectations to students 4) use effective instructional techniques 5) manage student behavior effectively.
