Description

The purpose of this training is to develop local capacity for effectively implementing a continuous improvement process. This workshop is for NE Frameworks and AdvancEd schools.

Selecting and writing a goal are the first critical steps in beginning a new cycle of continuous improvement. This workshop will provide you with a roadmap for using data to select an improvement goal, as well as writing an appropriate goal. We will model the processes school leaders should utilize when working with staff to accomplish these key steps.
