| Description | | This workshop will discuss best
practice in transition assessment and IEP and transition planning.
Participants will enhance their knowledge regarding secondary transition
services (according to Rule 51 and IDEA), review and write a sample transition
plan, and also begin to learn and research what resources are available for our
students who are 16-21. |
