DescriptionDig into Transition Basics.

Review the components of quality and compliant IEPs for Transition age youth. Explore assessments and activities to build stronger transition plans and tools that will make our life easier! Time to rate individual IEPs against the Indicator 13 rubric will be available. All areas of Indicator 13 will be covered. Bring an IEP to work on and your computer.
