DescriptionTransition planning doesn’t have to feel like a checklist of compliance hurdles. Transition reFresh is designed to shift the focus from "paperwork" to "possibility." This is a collaborative, hands-on event where we strip away the "tech-speak" and focus on building high-quality, student-centered transition plans that actually work. Content will be presented in a hybrid manner across watch sites.
