The New Teacher Academy is designed to help prepare and support new teachers through their first year in the classroom. Mentors will receive support on this day of training (Day 2 in the New Teacher Academy series) how to best provide assistance to their mentees and will also be given time to collaborate and build relationships with their new teachers. This workshop series is based on the new Nebraska Teacher Performance Standards.
Mentors need only attend THIS day of training.

Title IV Consortium teachers will receive $200 contracted services pay for attending.
