Description | | This
training will dig into early age transition assessment and planning,
documenting quality courses of study, writing and documenting defined
transition services, and reviewing Indicator 13 objectives. Participants will
have the opportunity to engage with various agency representatives that can be
purposeful partners in transition plannings. There will be time devoted to
reviewing and uploading files for the Indicator 13 Self-Assessments. Access to
SRS and ILCD portal will be beneficial. Teams welcome to attend. Sub-stipends
available.
