DescriptionThis workshop will support the implementation of the 2022 Nebraska mathematics standards. Our focus is on the NE Math Standards and Building Thinking Classrooms. Participants will be analyzing the mathematics standards at a deeper level, including instructional materials. Building Thinking Classrooms research-based practices create the optimal conditions for learner-centered, student-owned deep mathematical thinking and learning, and have the power to transform mathematics classrooms.

Time will be provided to collaborate with other educators of like grade and high quality instructional materials. Content, activities, and examples will focus on K-5 and 6-12.

Please join us for a day of collaboration to support each other, share ideas, resources, and learn from colleagues.
