Description: Transition assessment is the foundation for every high schoolers’ IEP. Students with ASD present unique assessment and IEP needs. In this overview we will cover:
• The basics of age appropriate transition assessments
• Special Considerations for assessing student with ASD
• Strategies to gather high quality data
