ESU10 will be offering additional professional learning opportunities for paraprofessionals during the 2020-21 school year via distance learning.  This one-hour webinar will continue to build your understanding of self-care, mindfulness and strategies for the workplace.  These strategies can be beneficial for both paras and the students you work with on a daily basis.
