DescriptionThis day is set aside as a work day for any districts who
have not completed and submitted their Targeted Improvement Plan (TIP) to
NDE.  There will not be formal training during this time, it will simply
be a workday with ESU 10 Special Education Staff available for support. 
If a district has submitted their TIP, there is no reason to attend.
