DescriptionJoin regional PK-12 building principals for the ESU 10 Principal Leadership Series in 2014-15. 
Components of the meetings include:
    ·     Updates on State, Federal, and ESU Initiatives
    ·     Opportunities for sharing and collaboration with peer colleagues
    ·     Guest panels/speakers highlighting examples of best practice
    ·     Dialogue and problem solving concerning current and emerging educational trends

Each meeting will focus on one of the five key practices of effective principals as identified by the Wallace Foundation research; each practice is aligned to the Nebraska Principal Performance Framework:

September 29, 2014 - Shaping a vision of academic success for all students
November 18, 2014 - Creating a climate hospitable to education
January 12, 2015 - Cultivating leadership in others    (at St. Paul)
March 23, 2015 - Improving instruction    (at ESU 10)
Summer 2015 - Managing people, data, and processes to foster school improvement
