| Description | | To begin, LeadershipEDGe participants will attend the July 23-24 Summer Institute entitled Focus on the Future 2008: Change in Action.
On the evening of the first night (July 23 - 4-7pm), you will have an exclusive, 3-hour, dinner and discussion with Ray McNulty.
During the year, you will be grouped into pods with administrators of similar roles. Pods will meet 4 times during the year to discuss implementation of learning. Additionally, you will visit a colleague's school for a half day.
Finally, a trained Cognitive Coach from ESU 10 will come to your site to engage you in a Planning or Reflecting Conversation to assist you with gaining greater clarity in your learning.
