DescriptionOur lab will be open from 9:30 am to 11:00 am and staff will be available to assist you in filing your Form 471 forms on-line. You will need to make sure that your Form 470 has been posted for at least 28 days and that your tech plan is certified at NDE before you can file the Form 471.
