| Description | | ESU 10 PRO DEV staff will lead educators in the use of the Angoff Method to set Mastery Levels (Cut Scores). This two-day back-to-back session will allow educators to do Round 1 and Round 2 of this test-centered method. Districts should send educators representing various grade levels that administer STARS assessments.
Districts should verify their list of Mastery Levels for all assessments to establish the subject area and/or grade level still need work. ESU 10 is compiling a list of language arts and math assessments which already have Mastery Levels defined by a group of educators in the spring of 2006. Districts may obtain a copy of the list by requesting it after May 1 by calling or emailing Jody Suchan at 3.08.237.5927 or jsuchan@esu10.org |
