DescriptionOne of the shifts in the 2019 Nebraska State Social Studies standards focuses on inquiry.  Join colleagues from across the area as they learn how to develop lessons on inquiry and become acquainted with a repository of inquiry-based lessons for Social Studies K- 12.  By attending this opportunity, teachers will be given an opportunity to earn money by participating in the ESU Special Project for Inquiry in summer 2023.
This one-day workshop will include a variety of components based on the book by Kathy Swan, S.G. Grant, and John Lee entitled “BluePrinting:  An Inquiry-Based Curriculum”.  Participants will walk away with a one-day lesson that they designed using the IDM model.
