Description | | When teachers and students practice mindfulness, they are more emotionally regulated, focused, kind, and may even see a reduction in stress. During this workshop, educators will learn how to balance their own well-being while supporting their students socially, emotionally, and academically. This course will provide opportunities for teachers to practice mindfulness as well as strategies to cultivate a mindful classroom.
**June 23 is only for those taking the course for College Credit. Participants not taking the course for credit, will only need to attend June 14-17. There will be an option to attend June 23 via Zoom or in-person. All other days will be in-person. |

Please read carefully:
The fee through Hastings College is $225 per credit hour (subject to change) for a total of $675 for the course. The registration link will be sent out 1 week before the class starts and the deadline to register will be one week after the workshop starts. Payment will be required at the time of registration. Options for payment will include credit cards, debit cards, and automatic payment from a checking account. Mailing a paper check will no longer be accepted. This fee does not include the ESU 10 Workshop fee that will be billed to schools after the first class. Course code: ED 588 MIE
See Title IIA or Title IV Consortium members may receive $600 for attending all 4 days, June 14-17.
