DescriptionESU10 will be offering additional professional learning opportunities for paraprofessionals during the 2019-20 school year via distance learning. 
This webinar will focus on a variety of mathematical strategies paraprofessional can utilize when working with individuals or small groups.  Students will learn to master skills that will instill confidence and facilitate higher-order thinking. Students have difficulty performing advanced operations in Math and with focused instructional strategies they can significantly improve their ability to automatically recall facts which will strengthen their mathematical ability, mental mathematics, and higher-order mathematical learning.
