DescriptionEducation is in a state of constant reform with new initiatives being introduced at a rapid pace. What’s missing are the conversations that interrogate reality, provoke learning, tackle the tough challenges, and enrich relationships. These types of conversations inspire educators and lead to sustainable change. In this workshop participants will be introduced to the principles of fierce conversations and will have an opportunity to practice those skills.
