DescriptionThere is a moment between stimulus and response that demonstrates our resilience.  Every day, educators face many moments between something that happens and how they respond.  Each moment, by itself, may seem like a minor inconvenience but when compiled can lead to exhaustion, over reaction, and even burnout.  This year-long experience will focus on the habits and dispositions of individual resilience. If we cultivate resilience in teachers, students will thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
