DescriptionThe purpose of this training is to develop local capacity for effectively implementing a continuous improvement process.  This workshop is for NE Frameworks and AdvancEd schools.  

Selecting and writing a goal are the first critical steps in beginning a new cycle of continuous improvement.  This workshop will provide you with a roadmap for using data to select an improvement goal, as well as writing an appropriate goal.  We will model the processes school leaders should utilize when working with staff to accomplish these key steps.

CommentsRegistration deadline is one week prior to workshop.  Cancellations not received 2 business days in advance will be billed the workshop fee. This workshop is eligible for Title IIA contracted services pay and/or substitute reimbursement for teachers at the rate of $100 per day.   Each teacher may earn up to a maximum of $500 contracted services pay per summer.
