Description

Special Education Rules and Regulations
Commonly asked questions will be reviewed, including:  revocation, the definition of parent, residency, adding a service, what constitutes change in placement, transportation, supplementary aids and services, etc.  Questions that have been submitted on the Special Education discussion board prior to this training will be addressed during this session.

Transition
Participants will choose to attend one of the following break-out sessions on transition:

        *  Transition from Part C to Part B and transition from preschool to kindergarten
                                                or
        *  Secondary transition including program of study and summary of
             performance for students of all ability levels
