DescriptionThere is a need for a structured, systematic, sustained instructional training system for beginning teachers in order to help them become effective professionals.

The research shows that PRINCIPALS have the largest role to play in fostering such a system. On this day, we will share research on the components of an effective induction program and discuss how to create an induction program or improve your existing program.
