SUMMARY:PowerSchool - PowerScheduler Prepare to Build 2 of 3
DESCRIPTION:Building a master schedule can be difficult and time-consumin
 g. If your schedule changes a lot from year to year or you have new class
es each year that need to fit in your schedule\, a build is the best way
to create the new master schedule. Prepare to build will allow you to sp
ecify what teachers work best with what classes\, and which classes work
best during certain times of the day. You can even specify that certain
students should avoid certain teachers or classes. Prepare to build will
hopefully generate the best schedule possible based on the scenario you
set for your school.\n\nWhen you build a schedule you must think of thing
 s like periods\, bell schedules\, courses\, teachers\, etc. Please come r
eady to work on your own schools information. \nLaundry List of Needs for
the Workshop: \n1.	Access to PowerScheduler. \n2.	Teacher assignments\n3
.	School Calendar \n4.	Course List \n5. What terms courses are taught\n6.
Know when teachers are available to teach certain courses\n7. Know const
raints on courses\; such as specific periods or relationships with other
 courses.

SUMMARY:Nebraska Statewide IPG Training
DESCRIPTION:\nThis session builds a shared understanding of the Instructi

nd student engagement—and examines how intentional shifts within the core
can lead to improved instructional outcomes. Participants will be introd
uced to the Instructional Practice Guides (IPGs) as research-based tools
designed to support focused observation\, reflection\, and continuous imp
rovement of classroom instruction.\nThrough guided exploration and applic
ation\, instructional leaders will learn how IPGs can be used to provide
content-specific\, actionable feedback to teachers that strengthens the i
mplementation of high-quality instructional materials (HQIM). The session
emphasizes using evidence from classroom observations to identify patter
ns of instructional practice\, calibrate expectations across grade levels
and content areas\, and support coherent instructional improvement.\nPar
ticipants will also examine how IPGs can be leveraged at the systems leve
