Description | | Theme: Evolving with Gratitude
Research shows that there are many benefits to practicing gratitude for both teachers and students. Teachers can see improvements in well-being, reduced stress, increased resilience, and enhanced relationships with students. When teachers incorporate gratitude practices in their classroom they will see improvements in student well-being, classroom behavior, and even academic achievement. This two-day workshop will focus on how educators can utilize gratitude practices to support their own well-being and how to incorporate gratitude practices into their classrooms.
Workshop will take place at Yanney Park, Kearney NE |
