Principal Baruti Kafele will be the keynote speaker during the first day of our New Principal Cohort Summer Institute. Principal Kafele is one of the most sought-after school leadership presenters in America. Recognized as a turnaround school leader, he transformed “The Mighty” Newark Tech from low-performing to being nationally recognized by U.S. News and World Report Magazine as one of America’s best high schools. A prolific writer, Principal Kafele has written extensively on professional development strategies for creating a positive school climate and culture and school leadership practices for inspiring schoolwide excellence.
This session can be attended as a stand alone training or as part of the 2 Day New Principal Cohort Summer Institute
