Description | | Dr. Tim Elmore, CEO and Founder of Growing Leaders, is a best-selling author and international speaker. As a world-renowned expert on Millennials and Generation Z, Dr. Elmore uses his knowledge to equip educators, coaches, leaders, and parents to impart practical life and leadership skills that will help them better navigate life. On May 30th, 2024 Dr. Elmore will join ESU10 to discuss Generational Diversity: Preparing for the Next Gen Teacher.
For the first time in history, four distinct sociological generations are working together in our schools. From Gen Z students and young professional millennials to more experienced Generation X and Boomers leaders, working with multiple generations in one school can feel foreign and unfamiliar. Today's schools need techniques and tools to help their staff and faculty communicate effectively regardless of generational differences. In this session, your leadership team will learn how to bridge the generational gap in their staff, implement new management techniques that resonate with younger employees, and create a culture that attracts and nurtures young talent. |
